Our Promise

At Khelshit, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a simple and fair return process.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for opened items within 14 days if the item is defective or not as described.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Digital products (e-books, printable planners, etc.)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used or show signs of use beyond inspection

Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call +61 2 4569 5674 to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include the RA# prominently on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. In your initial contact, please specify that you want an exchange and provide details of the replacement item you're requesting.

We'll process your exchange as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for the new item to be shipped after we receive your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or providing a refund.

International Returns

For international orders, all the same policies apply, with the following differences:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees or import duties.
  • The return process may take longer due to international shipping times.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for international returns.

Our Right to Modify this Policy

We may update our Return Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Return Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Any returns will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
